Deposit: Copies of the drawings and specifications may be obtained by bidders at the office of TSP, Inc. Copies are on file
for viewing purposes only at the Construction and Facilities Management Office 2823 West Main St. Rapid City, SD 57702
Bid Security: Each bid in excess of $100,000 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or draft in the
amount of five percent (5%) or a ten percent (10%) bid bond.
Completion: Substantially complete within 180 Days of Notice to proceed date. Expected substantial completion date on or
before October 3, 2025.
Site Visit: A mandatory pre-bid conference is being scheduled for February 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM CT. All bidders can meet at
the east parking lot and main entrance of the Mitchell CSMS #1.
Description: Scope of work includes removing and replacing two large boilers, boiler circulation pumps, and building
circulation pumps, associated electrical work, associated controls work, duct work demolition, and plumbing rework.
