Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) requires construction services to build a reception desk at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (AIA) located at 5000 W. International Airport Rd, Anchorage, Alaska.
The ANTHC was formed pursuant to Section 325 of the FY 1998 Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, P.L. 105-83, for the purpose of managing the programs and services previously provided by the Indian Health Service Alaska Area Office and the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) in Alaska. ANTHC administers programs for planning, design, and construction of Alaska health facilities and sanitation facilities.
The project will build the reception area in the airport to better serve ANTHC guests traveling large distances from their home to receive care at ANMC. ANTHC is entering a tenant lease agreement with the Airport to stand up a liaison desk on the baggage claim level.
