2025 Mill Road Improvements (MS-944)

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received online for 2025 Mill Road Improvements (MS-944) via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net), by Heidelberg Township, York County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM (Prevailing Time) Tuesday, September 2, 2025 for the following:
MS-944:
Provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to remove the existing storm sewer system and install approximately 800 linear feet of new storm sewer piping with associated inlets. Restore all roadway surfaces disturbed by this work to their original condition.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for the 2025 Mill Road Improvements (MS-944) project are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at www.pennbid.net.
The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that the contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
Heidelberg Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Township.
