Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible contractor to upgrade the existing HVAC system for the remodel of the Counseling Center offices at Kearns High School Counseling Center according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - THURSDAY, MAY 08, 2025 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time - See Project Manual document.
Expenditures over $50,000.00 require GSD Board approval. It is anticipated, award recommendation will be presented at the June 3rd board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given and any required bonds are received.
