Invitation to Provide Proposals For
Phone Services

The City of Waynesboro is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide phone services for all City properties. Sealed written proposals must be submitted by March 6, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, 615 N Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830, ATTN: Valerie Kirkland, City Manager. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 4:00 p.m. at the same location. The public is welcome to attend. Interested companies must obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals from City Hall or from the City¿s website at www.waynesboroga.com. The instructions, list of requirements, description of work to be performed, list of properties and required bid forms are contained in the package. All contractors must provide an E-Verification affidavit with their written proposal. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and technicalities or to reject any nonconforming proposals or all proposals.
