Description
The City of Flowery Branch is seeking bids for contractual services to remove dewatered sludge and waste (Screenings and Grit) from the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Contractor shall provide roll-off dumpsters in the quantity and size according to the details in the specifications of the bid.
All Materials shall become the property of the successful offeror and shall be removed from the site and disposed of legally in conformance with GA EPD/DNR regulations for sludge and waste disposal. Offeror must abide by the Erosion and Sedimentation Act of Georgia O.C.G.A 12-7-6
