AURARIA ROAD AT BURNT STAND ROUNDABOUT

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners for the County¿s ¿Auraria Road at Burnt Stand Road Roundabout¿ project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of a complete four-leg roundabout intersection at the existing intersection of Auraria Rd. and Burnt Stand Rd.; also, the entrance road into The White Oak Learning Academy. The roadway project totals approximately 2,900 L.F. of roads containing asphalt pavement with concrete curb and gutter, concrete truck apron, and sidewalks, driveway replacement, crosswalks, raised medians, signage and markings, storm drainage structures and piping, site grading, sodding, and erosion and sediment control in accordance with the Contract Documents.
