Solicitation Description:

The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities (also referred to as “PROVIDER” or “RESPONDENT”) for innovative demonstrations of advanced carbon utilization and valorization technologies, with a particular focus on Direct Air Capture (DAC), to be located on the Texas A&M-RELLIS campus. The goal is to select one or more Respondent(s) to collaborate with the A&M System in developing these energy initiatives on the RELLIS campus. While one focus is Direct Air Capture (DAC), other advanced carbon utilization and valorization technologies will also be considered. The A&M System aims to engage in negotiations with a RESPONDENT(s) on lease terms for land use on RELLIS campus. Refer to Section 3 for additional information about the goal and scope of the project.
