Summary

To establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of general art supplies for use throughout the school district. The awarded vendor(s) will supply various art materials such as paints, various types of paper, crayons, glue, and other classroom art essentials. Products must meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents and comply with applicable safety and quality standards for K–12 use.

The contract is awarded for one year, January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026. Award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting all bid requirements. All district schools and departments may order from the awarded contract during the contract term.

All district schools and departments part of the North County Educational Purchasing Consortium (NCEPC) may order from the awarded contract during the contract term.
