The City of New Orleans by and through the New Orleans Aviation Board (“NOAB” or “Airport”) submits this Request for Information (“RFI”) seeking information from qualified firms, platform providers, concession technology companies, delivery service operators, and other industry participants with experience developing, managing, integrating, staffing, and maintaining in-terminal mobile ordering, pickup, and delivery services in airport, transportation, hospitality, retail, or similarly complex environments.
