The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) has a requirement to rent three (3) Diesel-Powered
mobile tier 4 generator with built in fuel tank. Though an automatic internal load bank to prevent
light loading is an advantage the government will accept an external load bank that is completely
self-contained and freestanding which includes all resistive and reactive load elements. This
requirement will support the maintenance and repair of a Virginia class submarine, at Groton
Naval Base, Groton, CT.

Generator 1; 8/19/2025 to 10/6/2025 (7 weeks) Option POP: 10/7/2025 to 11/10/2025 (5 weeks)
Load Bank testing POP 8/19/2025 to 8/29/2025 (10 days)
Generator 2; 9/17/2025 to 4/21/2025 (31 weeks) Option POP: 4/22/2026 to 5/26/2026 (5 weeks)
