REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NTUA PUMPHOUSE CONSTRUCTION FOR KAYENTA WELL

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is seeking contractors that specialize in Pumphouse

construction in accordance with the geotechnical report and sealed construction drawings and

specifications.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, by

email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort

Defiance, Arizona.

Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted in separate PDF attachments clearly marked:

for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – NTUA PUMPHOUSE CONSTRUCTION FOR

KAYENTA WELL #9 (PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT OPEN – NTUA

PUMPHOUSE CONSTRUCTION FOR KAYENTA WELL #9 (COST)” and received by

March 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (DST).
