This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.Â

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.Â

The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking Dock Lever Repair Services for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona.Â

You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.Â

SCHEDULE:Â This scope of work is Provide equipment, labor and technical Assistance for the purchase and replacement of one (1) loading dock leveler for warehouse. Removal and disposal of the existing pit leveler. Power wash and clean wall and floor area of pit for new dock installation. Purchase and installation of one(1) Nordock, hydraulic dock Model # NH610-40-3ph/230VAC or equivalent. Test system for proper function. Cleanup area and dispose of any debris. Proper safety precautions are adhered to.
