Overview
Provide improvement of 104th Street East from Golden Given Road East to 16th Avenue East by adding paved shoulder, curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the south side of 104th Street East. Other improvements include ADA curb ramps, a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system and illumination at the marked crosswalk at 16th Avenue East, school zone signs, stormwater
treatment and storage facilities, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
