Project Description: The purpose of this RFI is to: Utah Tech University (UT) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding online forms and workflow automation software. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to explore available solutions that can streamline administrative processes, enhance approval workflows, and improve efficiency across departments. The ideal solution would also include Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) functionality to connect with other enterprise systems and data sources, but this is a secondary consideration and is not required. This is not a request for proposal (RFP), but rather an opportunity for vendors to provide details about their products and capabilities. This RFI is to obtain information, comments, or suggestions from potential vendors before issuing an invitation for bids or request for proposals; determine whether to issue an invitation for bids or a request for proposals; and generate interest in a potential invitation for bids or a request for proposals. This RFI is not a procurement process and may not be used to make a purchase or enter into a contract. A response to a request for information is not an offer and may not be accepted to form a binding contract.
