Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide counseling services for school-based mental health services. This program takes an ecological-developmental approach to intervention and prevention, focusing on individual students, peer relations, families, schools, and the broader community. This model emphasizes the importance of an interactive process in the development of behaviors that lead to school difficulties and later system involvement. This program responds to the needs of students, their families, teachers and staff and it urges students to excel.
All Work will be in accordance with the provisions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that one contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor; however, CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS. CCPS reserves the right to cancel the RFP, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Offerors/Proposers.
Any resultant contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
