Solicitation Type: This solicitation is for a single-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, consisting of 1, 5-year ordering period.
Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

Set-Aside: There is no set aside for this acquisition and is being solicited full and open.
Order Period: The ordering period is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031. Additionally, the contract will include one (1) six-month extension option to extend the ordering period.
Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize FAR Part 13 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance.
