Pierce County intends to award multiple Service Contracts for fire alarm monitoring, testing, and inspection services. In addition, the County will offer the selected proposer(s) the option to enter into a Unit Price Public Works Contract for repair, replacement and related public works.
Proposers will need to have the capacity to mobilize quickly and be available, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The proposer will need to demonstrate proficiency in handling diverse systems across multiple facilities, as well as experience working with both older and newer technologies. Proactive service scheduling is key, and vendors must have the ability to predict potential maintenance needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or improvements when necessary.
