Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, surface preparation, painting, trim, caulking, flashing, and related work necessary to provide a complete finished project in accordance with the contract specifications and applicable industry standards. | |
| Additional Description: | These services include the preparation and painting of existing exterior siding at designated Public Works facilities. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor capable of providing a complete, durable, and professionally finished coating system in a workmanlike manner. All work shall include proper surface preparation, cleaning, priming where required, and application of finish coatings to achieve a uniform and weather-resistant result. All work shall comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards, while minimizing disruption to Village operations. |
