Notes	It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Blount County, TN Government acting on behalf of Blount County, TN Records Management and Archives Department to procure a contract for Records Digitization Services. Proposal documents may be obtained at https:/blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link or manually as detailed below. Manual (hard copy) proposals are an optional method of response and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to: Blount County, TN Courthouse Blount County Purchasing Department, Room 319 Attn: RFP No. 2026-0011 to the ourside of your envelope 385 Court St. Maryville, TN 37804-5906. These hard copy submissions must include ALL documentation requested in the online bidding system including , but not limited to, all online proposal documents, attachments, response attachments, attributes, line items and must have the Bid Cover Form attached to the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope . Note : Required license information must be noted on the bid cover. Responses are not accepted via email or fax . Proposers submitting responses through the online bidding system must allow ample time to submit their response . No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date/Time. Responders may begin putting information into the online bidding system as soon as the bid is released. Questions : When registered, vendors may submit questions and/or substitution requests via the Questions tab for this RFP in the online bidding system. Please note the question deadline . Prior to proposal submission, it is the bidder's responsibility to access the online bidding system and ascertain that they have received all addenda, viewed answers to published questions and completed their proposal accordingly. The public proposal opening will be held at the response submittal deadline at the Blount County, TN Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Department, Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.
