Rehabilitation of Residential Single-Family Properties: Roofing, Building, Residential, and General Contractors - Round 4

The City offers several programs that provide funding assistance to eligible homeowners for home rehabilitation projects. The City is seeking to develop a pool of qualified roofing and general contractors (“Vendors”) who will be eligible to bid on all homeowner projects receiving City funding through these programs.

The City administers several programs that provide funding assistance to eligible homeowners (hereinafter referred to as the “Homeowner”) for rehabilitation projects on their homes. These programs include, but are not limited to, the Affordable Single-Family Homeownership Program, the Affordable Single-Family Residential Façade Improvement Program, and any additional programs the City may establish for similar purposes (collectively referred to as the “Program”).

To support these initiatives, the City is establishing a pool of qualified roofing and general contractors who will have the opportunity to bid on all Homeowner projects receiving City funding under a Program. Upon selection by the Homeowner, the contractor will enter into an agreement with the Homeowner to perform the approved scope of work (the “Rehabilitation Agreement”).
