The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning &Construction on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&MUniversity System (Owner) and Tarleton State University , is acceptingproposals for the selection process to enter into a contract with aConstruction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction servicessuch as constructability guidance, cost estimates, and construction schedules;provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP); and perform complete constructionservices consistent with the CMAR construction delivery process as utilized byThe Texas A&M University System for the Parking Structure #2 (#04-3443) for TarletonState University in Stephenville, Texas.
