Description

The Minot Air Force Base is soliciting competitive quotes for the procurement and installation of one (1) Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Air Compressor System.





The required system must be a complete, operational unit, including, but not limited to, the following key components and specifications:




  • Compressor Unit: Capable of providing a minimum of 20.7 CFM at 15 HP (or equivalent electric motor power).






  • Integrated Monitoring System: Integrated air purification and air quality monitoring system, designed for high-pressure breathing air applications, capable of purifying air to meet or exceed all relevant breathing air standards.






  • Air Storage: four (4) ASME 6000 PSI certified storage cylinders.






  • Fill Stations: The system shall include a high-pressure bottle fill station with 3 connections, designed for 5000 PSI maximum pressure.



Detailed technical requirements, mandatory features, and performance criteria for this acquisition are thoroughly outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics document. All submitted quotes must strictly comply with these specified characteristics. Vendors are responsible for clearly demonstrating how their proposed solution meets or exceeds all outlined requirements within their submission.



- Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
