Description: This requirement is for One U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) vessel with ramp door and main deck height of 20 feet or more, capable of carrying a minimum of 136,083 square feet of military cargo (helicopters, wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) from the packing list.
