Summary:The remodel and addition to Station # 5 incorporates an interior demolition of the living side of the station to make way for the new remodeled interiors as shown on the drawings and in the
specifications. There will also be a small one story addition to the sleeping area of the building. Rear concrete apron will be removed and reworked per the site drawings. HVAC and Electrical work will be under separate contract. The Station will be closed during the period of construction.
