Project Description: PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms to provide construction and construction management services for the China Bridge Parking Structure Maintenance Project. The existing structure was constructed in two phases: the southern section in 1986 and the northern section 2006. In 2023, the City procured a consultant to complete a structural condition assessment because of visual signs of structural deficiencies. The structural condition assessment included recommendations for repairs and preservation activities.
