Solicitation - Grounds maintenance services

The U.S. Consulate General in Curaçao invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for Grounds Maintenance Services. The project covers the removal of debris and overgrown vegetation from a total area of approximately 5,167 m² on the Consulate’s compound. The contractor is expected to deliver a clean, safe, and visually maintained outdoor environment.

• Solicitation Open and Close Dates: May 9, 2025 – June 30, 2025


• Mandatory Site Visit: May 23, 2025, at 09:00 AM
  
  Vendors must complete the Vendor Registration Form and email it to ProcurementCur@state.gov in advance to attend the site visit.


• Questions Due By: May 28, 2025


• Answers to Clarify Questions: May 30, 2025


• Quotation Submission Deadline: June 30, 2025, at 17:00 PM
  
  Late submissions will not be accepted.

Interested offerors are invited to review the RFQ package and follow the instructions to participate.Evaluation Criteria

The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. The Consulate reserves the right to conduct discussions or to award based on initial quotations without further discussions.
