CEP & ECEP Chillers #8 Overhaul

The scope of work for the Central Energy Plant (“CEP”) & Epcot Central Energy Plant (“ECEP”) Chiller #8 Overhauls project shall include, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to provide turnkey services for motors, compressors and condenser tubes for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers at the Central Energy Plant (“CEP”) and the Epcot Central Energy Plant (“ECEP”) for a 1- year contract term.

Contractor must provide the following license or certification to perform work:

1. Contractor or Subcontractor performing eddy current testing must be an American Society for Nondestructive Testing “ASNT SNT-TC-1a” level II certified.
2. State of Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (“DBPR”) Mechanical Contractor License

A Non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 09:00 A.M. Meeting location for the site visit is at the following address:

For all those who are attending the non-mandatory site visit please remember to bring/wear closed toed shoes, pants, hard hat, safety vest, and eye and ear protection. Please see directions/map in the Documents Tab.
