Professional Engineering Consulting Services-Task Order Contracting-2025-26

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority is soliciting proposals [RFP] from qualified professional engineering service firms to provide engineering, geotechnical and other technical services on a task order basis. Task orders are typically issued for technical support for the 16 water and 10 wastewater systems owned and operated by the Authority.

A Scope of Services is enclosed as a separate attachment (Schedule A) to this RFP and includes task order delivery requirements:

• Task 1 Project Management
• Task 2 Planning/Design/Permitting/ Survey
• Task 3 Bidding and Construction Procurement
• Task 4 Construction Administration
• Task 5 Additional Services and Reimbursable Expenses
