Project Description: Pursuant to Chapter 2269 Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code, Williamson County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Competitive Sealed Proposals for Jester Annex HVAC RTU Replacement. Upgrade air conditioning system at Jester Annex by converting the current HVAC system from DX to Chilled water. The project envelopes two (2) of the three (3) units with provision made to replace the third unit at a future date.
