Professional Services for Iredell County Elections Expansion Project

Iredell County is seeking qualifications from professional design firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the construction of an approximately 1600 square foot expansion of the Board of Elections to include a 1000 sq foot training room, three 120 square foot offices, and two 100 square foot restrooms.

An accelerated project timeline is desired, with the goal of beginning construction as soon as possible while maintaining design accuracy and minimizing change orders. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their qualifications, experience with similar projects, and overall approach to the design process.

Proposals will be evaluated based on firm experience, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to meet the County’s project goals and timeline.

The project site is located in the northeast quadrant at the intersection of Stockton Street and North Tradd Street with the address as 203 Stockton Street
Statesville, NC 28677. The rear parking directly behind the facility is earmarked for an expansion to provide better election support functions. The selected firm will be involved in staff interviews and working with the involved County departments.
