Description
Presolicitation Notice - 3-Way Valve, Closing, Solenoid Operated.

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires the purchase of six 3-Way Valve, Closing, Solenoid Operated for Grand Coulee, Washington.

This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 332912 - Fluid Power Valve and Hose Fitting Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The product service code is 4810 - Valves, Powered.

IAW FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Supplies Clause will be applicable to this requirement

Requirements are as follows:

3-Way Valve, Closing, Solenoid Operated

ABB Part Number 962A53201, or equal.

Must be compatible with ABB (ITE) 230KM25000-25 oil filled PCBs (Power Circuit Breakers) with P45A operating mechanisms.

3-Way Valve Assembly (Modified) 300 PSIG, 125 VDC = ABB - 962A53201
-        3-WAY VALVE, 3 - 2" NPT PORTS, 300 PSIG, MAIN AIR VALVE, 9-3/4" TALL X 6-1/2" WIDE

-        With a 125 VDC, IMI NORGREN D0010B PILOT VALVE MOUNTED ON TOP.

Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1726Q0003, (written) is approximately the third week of December 2025. The anticipated closing date is the second week of January 2026. The anticipated award date is the fourth week in January 2026, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of the solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.

This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
