16. Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 240,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5 and F76) within vessel’s
natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: DFSP Akasaki, Japan /Sasebo, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions: DFSP Hakozaki / Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 14 December and cancel 15 December 2024, and the period of performance will be 60 days.
