Notice of Proposed Procurement for: Professional audit support services supply arrangement (PASS) Requirement

This requirement is for: The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZQ-180001/D who qualified under the following Stream 1 and category: Internal Audit Services.

Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada for the provision of Professional audit support services. The requirement is for a Project Manager/Leader, a Senior Auditor and an Auditor. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) wishes to contract a supplier to conduct risk-based testing of its internal controls and financial processes according to its current cyclical testing plan and also, to review periodically its multi-year Internal Control over Financial Management (ICFM) framework and testing plan to ensure its it continues to align with the evolving operational risks.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from: Date of contract award to June 30, 2027 with an additional of option years that consist of two (2) one (1) year option periods under the same conditions.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for approximately 168 days, plus two (2) years of fifty (56) days if option years are exercised.

Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
