Description

The Federal Aviation Administration, En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to replace the membrane roof of the Power Service Building at the Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center in Palmdale, California.



The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Please see the attachments for details. This project is set aside for competitive award for all qualified SBA Certified 8(a) Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses operating under NAICS 238160.



Interested offerors shall provide evidence of a major roofing manufacturer installation certification as well as proof of socioeconomic status by means of an SBA acceptance letter in order to be considered for award. Offers that do not contain these documents will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award.



Offers are due no later than noon Pacific Time on Friday, February 6, 2025. Offers shall be emailed to mark.salum@faa.gov. Offer shall include complete price breakdown in 50 division CSI format.
