Description:

The City of Dubuque is accepting bids for minor rehabilitation at two citizen-owned properties located at 518 Clarke Drive and 808 Rhomberg Avenue. Sealed bids marked “Bid Documents” to be delivered to City of Dubuque; Attention: Maddy Haverland; 350 W 6 ^th St, Suite 312; Dubuque, IA 52001. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on Friday, November 1. No bids will be received after this time.

A pre-bid walk-through will be held on Thursday, October 24th at 9:00 AM at 518 Clarke, and 9:20 AM at 808 Rhomberg. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a bid.
