Description
Cloud-based Incident Management Tool for the Government Operations Centre:
Public Safety (PS) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to inform industry and to seek input and feedback regarding a requirement for a Cloud-Based Incident Management Tool for the Government Operations Centre. These efforts are intended to gain a better understanding of industry's capacity to provide cloud-based Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solutions to provide industry with the opportunity to present their capabilities, comments feedback and recommendations, that will ultimately inform PS prior to proceeding to a formal solicitation process.
Responses to this RFI should be submitted electronically to the Contracting Authority and will be accepted until the closing date identified in the posting. The information received after that date will be considered only to the extent reasonable, in the sole opinion of PS. During and after the RFI, PS may, at its discretion, meet with respondents, who have submitted information for consideration, who indicate in their responses that they wish to participate in a follow-up feeling. Such follow-up activity, if conducted, may include, but is not limited to, individual meetings and/or conferences. PS may, in its discretion, contact any respondents to follow up with additional questions or for clarification of any aspect of a response. One-on-one engagement may be subject to a non-disclosure agreement prior to participation by parties involved.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Participants may request a Word version of the Questionnaire by writing to Mathieu.Lemieux@ps-sp.gc.ca .
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/01/01.
