We are seeking 3 construction machine simulator conversion kits, 1 for each of our facilities. These conversion kits must accurately replicate real construction machinery operations. The kits need to be realistic to replicate wheel loader, small dozer, and backhoe loader in order to enhance our curriculum and enable students to practice complex maneuvers and experience realistic job site scenarios. These conversion kits must be compatable with Simformotion's excavator simulator system.
AWARD: There will be one (1) award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by specified manufacturer brand pursuant to OAC 123:5-1-10(I).  No other brands of products will be acceptable

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable.  By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days.  No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.
