To provide the City of Oakland Public Works department with PG&E specified 700 Sand in bulk to fill bags for flood control and prevention as well as erosion prevention. The sandbags will also be made available for City of Oakland residents. The Public Works Unit will pick up the sand in bulk using its own loader. No delivery of the product is required. The formal quotation must include material specifications.
The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period.
The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein.
