The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug Eighteen (18) Abandoned/ Orphaned Oil Wells, estimated to be up to 1,540 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for February 12, 2025, at 9 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Pavillion #2 at Chapman Dam State Park, 41.753483, -79.170736, 1236, Camp Lane, Clarendon, PA 16313. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
