2425-01 Shangri La Spring - Elevated Boardwalk Construction

Listing Information/Advertisement:

Bids for the completion of the Project will be received at the Jackson County Commission Room located at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, FL 32448 until Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time, or shortly thereafter, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following work:

Construction of approximately 780 LF of Elevated Boardwalk from Blue Springs Park to Shangri La Spring. Additionally, the project includes the construction of an elevated viewing platform at the Shangri La Spring Site as well as the construction of an approximately 200 sq./ft. floating dock near the base of the spring vent.
Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment (non-refundable), printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM local time at the project site located at 5461 Blue Springs Road, Marianna, FL 32446.

Questions will be received no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening date and shall answered via addendum. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents in writing to the Project Manager, Hunter Potts - [email protected] .

If you choose to submit your response via www.centralbidding.com you will still be required to submit sealed bids in accordance with the instructions included in the Project Bid Documents.
