CIP New Scope under FY22 FC Production Contract

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate a new procurement modification under Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 of existing contract N0003022C1003 issued on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA. The procurement will require the contractor to Build, Inspect, Test, and deliver fifty-three (53) United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) Captain’s Interface Panel (CIP) Keylock Assemblies for SPALT 30365 (SSBN Fire Control Replacement System) under CLIN 0001 of existing contract N0003022C1003. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by GDMS under contract N0003022C1003, which was awarded July 14, 2022 using other than full and open competition.
