- Summary:The work consists of furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment fees and supervision necessary to provide Surface Asphalt Recycling on an as needed basis. This work shall consist of a multi-step process of heating and scarifying, remixing, reshaping, rejuvenating, and compacting the existing bituminous surface. A new wearing surface will then be applied by County forces in accordance with these specifications.
