- Summary:GLTC must have a Financial Compliance Audit conducted in accordance with the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide, Audits of State and Local Governmental Units; GASB Codification of Governmental Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards; GAO-Governmental Auditing Standards, issued by the U.S. General Accounting Office; the provisions of OMB Circular A-133 Compliance Supplement (revised). The audit should include other tests of accounting data and procedures as considered necessary by the auditor. GLTC is seeking proposals for the services of an independent auditor to conduct the certified audit of GLTC for fiscal years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027. The award of the contract will be for a three (3)-year period, plus two (2) one-year renewal options, with provisions for terminations with written notice ninety days prior to the end of each year.
