INARNG Prepared Meals

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The amended RFQ has extended the submission due date, has changed the meal schedule for better clarity, and has added section 2.9 of the Purchase Description.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9005 as an RFQ.

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is full and open.

3) CLIN 0001 - Prepared Meals

4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Purchase Description.

5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the PWS and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully.

8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.

9) Quotes are due at 12 PM. local (eastern) time on 30 May 2025. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
