Description
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s division of Emergency Communication Networks ("DPS-ECN") is seeking proposals from qualified Responders for the delivery of three training courses related to the technical and operational aspects of Minnesota’s Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system, known as the Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response ("ARMER") system. The awarded contractor will deliver training events at various locations in Minnesota, as requested by DPS-ECN, during the third and fourth quarters of calendar year 2025. The target audience for these training opportunities include technical and operational staff representing local, county, tribal, and state public safety agencies whose duties include maintaining ARMER system equipment and/or providing training to ARMER system users.
