2025 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
(1) TRIDEM CROSS DUMP BELLY DUMP GRAVEL TRAILER
CLOSE UNDER LOAD

Vulcan County is currently accepting proposals on (1) Tridem Cross Dump Belly Dump Gravel Trailers. Proposals on new equipment will be accepted. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Belly Dump Trailer by October 24, 2024 at 9:00am at the Vulcan County Public Works Shop; located at 107 3rd Street South Vulcan Alberta.

This is a "Request for Proposals" and not an "Invitation to Tender". You are therefore advised that Vulcan County reserves the right to:
1. Accept a proposal without negotiations;
2. Reject a proposal without negotiations;
3. Negotiate changes in the technical or financial content of the successful
proposal; and
4. Vulcan County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all RFPs and to
waive irregularities and informalities at their own discretion. The County reserves the right to accept any RFP other than the lowest RFP without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its RFP, the Proponent waives any right to contest in any legal proceedings or action the right of the County to award the Work to any
Proponent in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Vulcan County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the Work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision including, but not limited to the following:
•        Experience
•        Reputation
•        Safety considerations including safety record
•        Financial solvency, or
•        Rating guide
•        Service history and warranty performance with Vulcan County
