CONCRETE HEADWALL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Project Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Concrete Headwall Improvement Project will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Yatesville Borough until 2:00 P.M. local time on September 16, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of: Concrete Headwall Improvements including extending a concrete wingwall and fencing.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

The project is funded by an LSA grant from the Commonwealth of PA Commonwealth Financing Authority.
A pre-bid conference will be not be held for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wages.
