Project Description: The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, insurances, materials, and equipment required to perform the services listed herein. The College requires a “finish cut”, to a uniform height of four (4) inches for each designated mowing area. Mowing is to be done once a month on a scheduled basis with all work coordinated with and approved by HCC’s Director of Maintenance Services or designee.
