Five-Year Inspection of Three Cranes

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award, on a sole-source basis, a contract to MGX Equipment Services to perform the required 5-Year 3000 hour boom disassembly and inspection per the Manitowoc Crane 1100 Operation and Service Manual for the 341 Logistic Readiness Squadron (LRS).

MGX Equipment Services is the sole authorized National Crane repair company in the state of Montana.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 21 May 2025 by 12:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to SSgt Cody West, Contract Specialist cody.west.2@us.af.mil.
